A buffet with a fire behind it
This is not a sad tray of sandwiches. Everything comes off the charcoal grill: rotisserie chickens, piri piri wings, chorizo, picanha, with proper salads and sides alongside.
Genuinely bespoke
Tell us the occasion, the headcount and the budget per head. We design the spread to fit: finger food for a standing do, a carved feast for a sit-down, or something in between.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are planned in from the start, not bolted on. Little People options keep the kids happy too.

- The Classic: whole rotisserie chickens, smoky wings, spicy rice, salads, slaw and rustic bread
- The Full Fiesta: add picanha, chorizo, pork belly and punched potatoes to The Classic
- The Standing Party: croquettes, calamari, mozzarella bites, BBQ wings and halloumi, served in rounds
- Sweet finish: pastel de nata and fruit platters with coffee

How is a bespoke buffet priced?
Per head, based on the spread we design together. Tell us your budget when you enquire and we will build the best possible table for it.
What is the minimum group size for a buffet?
Buffets work best from around 15 guests in the Fiesta Room, up to 60 with exclusive hire. For smaller groups, sharing platters at the table give the same effect.
Can the buffet be vegetarian or halal-friendly?
We plan vegetarian, vegan and gluten free into every spread. Tell us your requirements when you enquire and we will confirm exactly what we can do for your group.
Do you cater buffets outside the restaurant?
Our buffets are served in the restaurant, where the charcoal grill lives. For offsite events, get in touch and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
